Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy describes permitted and prohibited uses of ShipLucid. It applies to all users and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Permitted use
ShipLucid is intended for lawful U.S. domestic shipping of everyday goods by individuals and small sellers. You may use the service to create labels, compare rates, and manage your shipment history for legitimate commercial or personal purposes.
Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Ship illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods
- Misdeclare package contents, weight, or dimensions
- Use ShipLucid for anonymous or fraudulent shipping
- Attempt to bypass prohibited-item screening or risk controls
- Interfere with the service, scrape data, or abuse rate limits
- Harass staff, other users, or carrier personnel
- Use automated tools to create shipments without authorization
Account integrity
You must verify your email and provide accurate identity information. Creating multiple accounts to evade limits, fees, or enforcement is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Enforcement
Violations may result in shipment holds, account suspension, permanent ban, and cooperation with law enforcement where required. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
