    Start with your item

    Take a photo to identify what you’re sending and get a suggested package. Verify the outside dimensions and total packed weight; photo estimates are a starting point.

    After launch, connect your own Shippo account, review available rates, and print your label. Shippo bills postage; Oshippy charges its separate service fee. Purchases remain paused during onboarding.

What happens after you click Ship?

Label purchases and payment are currently paused during Shippo grey-label onboarding. After launch, you will connect your own Shippo account, review available USPS and UPS services, and confirm your package details. Shippo bills your postage and carrier adjustments; Stripe collects the separate Oshippy service fee. Print the label and use a drop-off location that accepts your selected service.
