What you pay at checkout
Line item 1: Carrier postage
The actual USPS or UPS rate for your package — varies by size, weight, and destination.
Line item 2: Oshippy Smart Shipping Fee
$1.49 for address, package, rate, and label assistance on every shipment.
After launch, Shippo bills postage and carrier adjustments to your Shippo account. Stripe collects only the Oshippy service fee on a separate receipt. Label purchases and payment are paused during onboarding. Questions? Contact us.
Package limits
Maximum package weight
Oshippy supports packages up to 70 lb total (item + packaging). Heavier shipments need a manual weight check or a different carrier workflow.
